Over the past few weeks, Year 2 have been looking at the story ‘What will I be?’. Within this story, the characters are using their imagination to create crafts and become anything they would like to be e.g. astronaut, doctor and pirate. First, the children developed a mind map of ideas of people they could be. Then, they chose one character and wrote a list of tools they would need to create this character. Next, the children wrote a set of instructions to plan how they would make it.
