The cookery group had a great time making Rocky Road cakes. We discussed safety points when using a microwave, practised our chopping & mixing skills and worked really well with our partners to create our tasty treats! Some of us even volunteered to do the washing up and drying of the dishes.
We had a little bit of spare time while we were waiting for our cakes to set in the fridge so we decorated our bags to take the cakes home in.
