Year 5 Bikeability…

We braved the elements and the roads and learned how to ride our bikes safely around the area this week-we were all amazing too!


Year 3 Broom House Farm

Year 3 visited Broom House Farm today and had a fantastic time! They learned so much about the animals and were able to explore lots of different areas around the farm. After dinner, they had the opportunity to explore their Forest Adventure Park which they absolutely loved! They were an absolute credit to the school with brilliant behaviour and manners. We can’t wait for our next visit in Spring term.

Class 10 Attendance treat (Year 3)

Class 10 (Year 3) had the highest attendance last week and the children chose to have hot chocolate and biscuits as their prize. It was delicious and just what we needed to end a great week!

Year 3 – Fantastic fencing

Year 3 were very lucky to have an extra PE session this week. We had fencing coaches in school teaching the children a new skill and they absolutely loved it!

Year 5 investigating materials as insulators…

Today we looked at the properties of materials and how good they would be keeping heat in. We put hot water in cups wrapped in different materials and measured the temperature using thermometers-we were amazing investigators!
