Today we looked at a range of materials and looked at whether they were magnetic, flexible and an electrical conductor (to name a few!) We had a great time using the circuit components and magnets!

Our new Science topic in Year 3 is Rocks & Fossils. We began the topic allowing children to explore a variety of different rocks. The children worked together to group the rocks in different ways. Some children thought about their appearance whereas some thought about their weight. The children really enjoyed working practically today.
Year 1 have settled back into school brilliantly and we are so proud of all of you. We have enjoyed completing some number jobs, drawing and painting our portraits, and talking about our families. Take a look at what we’ve been up to…
