Year 5 festival of Hannukah

Today we learned all about Hannukah, how it is celebrated and the origins of its creation. We then made dreidels and played games-we had great fun!

Christmas Lunch Day…

We had some very special visitors join us for lunch today and they thoroughly enjoyed it-as did the staff!


Year 5 Christmas jumper day…

We put on our Christmas jumpers, ate a wonderful Christmas lunch and had a great day feeling festive too!

Year 5 and 6 Reading Café

Today we invited parents and carers to come and have a coffee, a chat and take part in a reading quiz. It was a packed hall with some very competitive parents! Miles, William and their nana won and it was very well-deserved-thank you everyone for coming-we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!


Year 5 Boccia Festival

Some of our year 5 children had a great time representing our school at a Boccia festival. They demonstrated great sportsmanship and had a lot of fun. Well done year 5!


Year 3 – Magnets

Today, Year 3 have been investigating the strength of different magnets.  We tested to see how many paperclips each magnet could attract in 3 seconds.
