A huge well done to our children who took part in the Tyne and Wear Primary Ten Pin Bowling Challenge at Riverside, Sunderland this afternoon after achieving a third place finish! Everyone had a great time, supporting and encouraging each other all the way.
As well as finishing in the top three, we also had the highest scoring bowler of the competition – Junior Beattie, who bowled an amazing score of 136. That wasn’t all, as Jae Gladstone also won the award for the highest number of strikes and spares. Both boys received a gold medal and certificate for their fantastic performances. What a brilliant afternoon.
