The children enjoyed exploring the topic of summer through a range of fun and engaging activities. We discussed sunny weather, learned about the importance of staying safe in the sun by wearing hats and using sunscreen, and ways to keep cool. The children also enjoyed singing summer-themed songs, joining in with actions and familiar words, while developing their communication, understanding of the world, and personal, social, and emotional skills.
