This half term, our class has enjoyed learning about the jungle. We have been reading Walking Through the Jungle and learning about different jungle animals, including monkeys, tigers, elephants, and snakes. The children have taken part in a range of activities, including crafts, sensory play, and animal movement games. They have enjoyed exploring jungle habitats and learning new facts about the animals that live there.
After watching the caterpillars grow and transform into butterflies, the children were excited to release them into outside. They carefully watched as the butterflies spread their wings and flew away.
